Lauki cheese chatpate modak(bottel gourd cheese dumplings)

Ingredients:
- Grated bottle gourd 125gm (kasa huwa lauki)
- Cheese 50 gm
- Oil
- Red chili powder
- Coriander powder (dhania powder)
- Salt.
- Black pepper powder (kali mirch powder)
- Asafetida (hing)
- 4 Teaspoon gram flour(besan)
- 2 teaspoon whole wheat flour(gehun ka atta)
- 2 teaspoon corn flour(makai ka atta)
- Soy sauce ½ teaspoon
- Mayonnaise
- Ketchup
Procedure:
- Squeeze the grated bottle gourd.
- Heat 2 teaspoon of oil in pan and add bottle gourd.
- Add asafetida, coriander powder, black pepper powder, ½ teaspoon red chili powder, cheese.
- Cook for 4 to 5 minutes until oil comes on surface.
- Now mix all the flours and knead into dough. Make 4 to 5 equal size balls.
- Now make flat bread of each ball. Fill bottle gourd mixture and make modaks(dumplings).
- Heat water in a bowl. Now place the lead or bowl which have small holes to pass the vapor.
- Now place the modaks on plate or bowl and cook for 10 minutes.
- Now heat 2 teaspoon of oil in a kadhai.
- Add soy souse and red chili powder. Now add modaks and some salt.
- Stir fry for a minute.
- Garnish the modaks with ketchup and mayonnaise
