- 125gm kolam rice
- 2 roasted onions paste
- 2 tomato puree
- 6 mint leaves ( pudina ke patte)
- 3 cinnamon sticks ( dalchini)
- 3 star anise ( chankrifull )
- Coriander powder ( dhaniya powder )
- Kitchen king masala 2 teaspoon
- Garlic cloves chopped 5 to 6 ( lehsun )
- Ginger chopped ( adrak )
- Curry leaves ( kari patta )
- Coriander leaves chopped ( dhaniya patti )
- Red chili powder
- Milk 1 cup
- Chopped cashews
- Chopped almonds
- Chopped walnuts
- Kesar strands 6 to 7
- Oil
- Salt
- Green peas ( mutter )
- Cumin seeds ( jeera )
- Asafetida ( hing)
- Wash the rise and add 4 teaspoon of oil.
- Heat four teaspoon of oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds, cinnamon, star anise.
- Stir well for one minute. Add ginger and garlic. Cook for half minute.
- Add curry leaves. Now add onion paste and cook for four minutes.
- Now add tomato puree. Add asafetida, coriander powder, red chili powder, kitchen king masala. Add chopped cashews, almonds, walnuts.
- Cook for eight minutes. Add chopped coriander leaves and mint leaves.
- Cook four two minutes.
- Add rice and 1 1/2 glass water. Cover the pan with lid. Cook for 15 to 20 minutes on low flame.
- Garnish the rice with chopped cashews, walnuts and almonds.
