Ingredients:
- 125gm grated pander
- 2 green chilies chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds (jeera)
- 1 teaspoon coriander powder (dhania powder)
- 1 teaspoon all spice powder
- 2 boiled potato medium size
- Chopped coriander leaves(baric kata dhania patti)
- Black salt
- Chopped ginger, garlic 1/2 teaspoon(adrak aur lehsun ka paste)
- 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder
- Oil
Procedure:
- Mash paneer and potatoes together and mix it very well.
- Heat 1 teaspoon oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds once it become brown add ginger, garlic, green chilies.
- Now add onion and cook 3 minutes. Add coriander powder, all spice powder.
- Now add paneer and potato mixture. Cook for 5 to 6 minutes on high flame.
- Your paneer, aalu bharta is ready garnish with coriander leaves.
