Aalu paneer bharta (mashed potato and paneer)

Ingredients:
  • 125gm grated pander
  • 2 green chilies chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds (jeera)
  • 1 teaspoon coriander powder (dhania powder)
  • 1 teaspoon all spice powder
  • 2 boiled potato medium size
  • Chopped coriander leaves(baric kata dhania patti)
  • Black salt
  • Chopped ginger, garlic 1/2 teaspoon(adrak aur lehsun ka paste)
  • 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder
  • Oil
Procedure:
  • Mash paneer and potatoes together and mix it very well.
  • Heat 1 teaspoon oil in a pan.  Add cumin seeds once it become brown add ginger, garlic, green chilies.
  • Now add onion and cook 3 minutes.  Add coriander powder, all spice powder. 
  • Now add paneer and potato mixture.  Cook for 5 to 6 minutes on high flame.
  • Your paneer, aalu bharta is ready garnish with coriander leaves.
