dill taco chapatti (Shepu Chutney aur upwas aalu ka chapatti taco)

Ingredients:
  • 2 boiled potatoes
  • 2 green chili paste
  • 3 teaspoon roasted groundnut powder(singdane ka kut)
  • Salt
  • Dill (shepu)
  • Raw mango slices 3 to 4(kaccha aam ke slice)
  • Black salt
  • 2 green chilies
  • Oil
  • Chapatti
  • Cheese
  • Coriander powder
  • Black pepper powder
  • Dry dates and tamarind Chutney(khajur aur imli ki Chutney)    
Procedure:
  • Heat 3 teaspoon oil in a pan and add green chili paste.
  • Cook for a minute.  Add mashed potatoes.
  • Cook for 7 to 8 minutes.
  • Now grind dill, black salt, green chilies.
  • Take chapatti and spread dill Chutney then potato mixture, dry dates Chutney.
  • Sprinkle coriander powder and black pepper powder.
  • Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a pan and roast the filled chapatti until crisp.  
  • Add cheese and cut the taco into 4 pieces and garnish with dates Chutney.
