- 2 boiled potatoes
- 2 green chili paste
- 3 teaspoon roasted groundnut powder(singdane ka kut)
- Salt
- Dill (shepu)
- Raw mango slices 3 to 4(kaccha aam ke slice)
- Black salt
- 2 green chilies
- Oil
- Chapatti
- Cheese
- Coriander powder
- Black pepper powder
- Dry dates and tamarind Chutney(khajur aur imli ki Chutney)
- Heat 3 teaspoon oil in a pan and add green chili paste.
- Cook for a minute. Add mashed potatoes.
- Cook for 7 to 8 minutes.
- Now grind dill, black salt, green chilies.
- Take chapatti and spread dill Chutney then potato mixture, dry dates Chutney.
- Sprinkle coriander powder and black pepper powder.
- Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a pan and roast the filled chapatti until crisp.
- Add cheese and cut the taco into 4 pieces and garnish with dates Chutney.
