Cheesy Paneer Keema (Cottage cheese keema)
Keema means "minced" and it is delicious one-pot dish made with ground meat, spices and vegetables. Keema can be made from almost any meat, can be cooked by stewing or frying and can formed into kebabs. You can use any combination of meat and vegetables in your kheema so it doesn't require much in the way planning. I have used paneer and cheese for making our veg cheesy paneer keema. It's different.
