Tindera Mixi

Ingredients:
  • Ivy gourd 100 gmail (tindora)
  • 6 brinjals chopped
  • 2 tomatoes chopped
  • 1 carrot grated 
  • 1 small bowl of cabbage chopped 
  • Red chili powder 1 teaspoon
  • Kitchen king masala 1 teaspoon
  • Tandoori masala 1 teaspoon
  • Kashmiri chili powder 1 teaspoon
  • Asafoetida
  • Salt
  • Oil
Procedure:
  • Heat 2 teaspoon of oil in a pan.  Add tomato, asafoetida, red chili powder, kashmiri red chili powder.  
  • Cook for 3 minutes.  Add remaining vegetables and mix well.
  • Add kitchen king masala, tandoori masala, salt.  
  • Add some water and cook until soft.  Once water reduces and becomes dry remove it from flame.  Serve hot and garnish with bhujia sev .
