Ingredients:
- 150gm semolina soaked (rava)
- 150gm Ivy gourd thinly sliced (tendli)
- Garlic 8 cloves
- Dry coconut slices
- Red chili powder 1 teaspoon
- Boiled Potatoes 3
- Roasted ground nut powder 2 teaspoon
- 5 Green chilies
- Oil
- Salt
- Grind garlic, coconut slices, salt, red. Chili powder, oil.
- Grind green chilies. In a pan heat some oil. Add grinded green chilies, cook for a minute.
- Add potatoes, salt, ground nuts powder.
- Cook for 6 minutes.
- In the same pan heat 1 teaspoon of oil. Add garlic chutney.
- Cook for 1 minute. Add ivy gourd, salt, asafoetida. Cook until soft.
- churn the soaked semolina into mixer with some water.
- Add salt and make thin batter. Heat some oil on a flat surface pan.
- To make rava ghavan pour some semolina mixture from certain distance. To give nice net like finish. Cook until crisp.
- Arrange ivy gourd, potato on ghavan and roll it and cut into pieces.
- Garnish with ivy gourd. Serve hot.
