Rava Ghavan Roll Filled With Lesun Tindera And Upwas Potato

Ingredients:
  • 150gm semolina soaked (rava)
  • 150gm Ivy gourd thinly sliced (tendli)
  • Garlic 8 cloves
  • Dry coconut slices 
  • Red chili powder 1 teaspoon
  • Boiled Potatoes 3
  • Roasted ground nut powder 2 teaspoon
  • 5 Green chilies
  • Oil
  • Salt
Procedure:
  • Grind garlic, coconut slices, salt, red. Chili powder, oil.
  • Grind green chilies.  In a pan heat some oil.  Add grinded green chilies, cook for a minute.
  • Add potatoes, salt, ground nuts powder.
  • Cook for 6 minutes.
  • In the same pan heat 1 teaspoon of oil.  Add garlic chutney.  
  • Cook for 1 minute.  Add ivy gourd, salt, asafoetida. Cook until soft.
  • churn the soaked semolina into mixer with some water.  
  • Add salt and make thin batter.  Heat some oil on a flat surface pan.
  • To make rava ghavan pour some semolina mixture from certain distance.  To give nice net like finish.  Cook until crisp.
  • Arrange ivy gourd, potato on ghavan and roll it and cut into pieces.
  • Garnish with ivy gourd.  Serve hot.
