- Cauliflower 500 gm
- Kashmiri red chili powder 2 teaspoon
- Coriander powder 1 teaspoon
- Chat masala 1 teaspoon
- Black salt
- Curry leaves chopped
- Curd 4 teaspoon
- Corn flour 5 teaspoon
- Oil
- Make medium pieces of cauliflower.
- Boil them for 2 minutes.
- Drain and remove extra water.
- Mix the pieces with plain flour, curd, black salt, coriander powder, chat masala, kashmiri red chili powder, curry leaves.
- Keep them in refrigerator to marinate for 2 hours
- Heat oil in a frying pan. Now deep fry the cauliflower pieces.
- Serve hot with tomato ketchup.
