Kurkure Curipatte Flower (no onion no garlic)

Ingredients:
  • Cauliflower 500 gm
  • Kashmiri red chili powder 2 teaspoon
  • Coriander powder 1 teaspoon
  • Chat masala 1 teaspoon
  • Black salt 
  • Curry leaves chopped
  • Curd 4 teaspoon
  • Corn flour 5 teaspoon
  • Oil
Procedure:
  • Make medium pieces of cauliflower.  
  • Boil them for 2 minutes.  
  • Drain and remove extra water.   
  • Mix the pieces with plain flour, curd, black salt, coriander powder, chat masala, kashmiri red chili powder, curry leaves.  
  • Keep them in refrigerator to marinate for 2 hours
  • Heat oil in a frying pan.  Now deep fry the cauliflower pieces.  
  • Serve hot with tomato ketchup.
