- Bitter gourd (karela)
- Chicken masala 2 teaspoon
- Red chili powder 1 teaspoon
- Dry mango powder 2 teaspoon
- Salt
- Oil
- Roasted ground nuts
- Green chilies 5
- Garlic cloves 5
- Grind ground nuts, green chilies, garlic separately. Heat 2 teaspoon of oil and roast garlic and chilies.
- Mix ground nuts and salt. Cook until crisp. Boil bitter gourd and give slit to each one.
- Mix chicken masala, red chili powder, dry mango powder, salt.
- Fill this into center of each bitter gourd.
- Heat some oil in pan and roast bitter gourds until soft and very well cook.
- Now pour prepared ground nuts mixture into bitter gourd.
- Serve hot.
