Flat Green Beans Fry Rice

Ingredients:
  • one bowl of cooked rice
  • Flat Green Beans 150 gm (val papdi)
  • 1 potato
  • 3 tomatoes sliced
  • All spice powder 1 teaspoon
  • Red chili powder 1 teaspoon
  • Asafoetida
  • Oil
  • Salt
Procedure:
  • Heat 1 teaspoon of oil in a pan.  Add flat green beans.  Add asafoetida, red chili powder, all spice powder.
  • Cook for 3 minutes.  Add potato, salt mix well.  Cook until it turns into nice brown colour.  
  • Now remove it from flame and keep it aside.  
  • In the same pan add 3 teaspoon of oil.  Add tomatoes and asafoetida.  
  • Cook until soft.  Add flat green beans and cook for 3 minutes.  
  • Mix cooked rice, salt.  Cook for another 2 minutes.  Remove it from flame. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
