Ingredients:
- one bowl of cooked rice
- Flat Green Beans 150 gm (val papdi)
- 1 potato
- 3 tomatoes sliced
- All spice powder 1 teaspoon
- Red chili powder 1 teaspoon
- Asafoetida
- Oil
- Salt
- Heat 1 teaspoon of oil in a pan. Add flat green beans. Add asafoetida, red chili powder, all spice powder.
- Cook for 3 minutes. Add potato, salt mix well. Cook until it turns into nice brown colour.
- Now remove it from flame and keep it aside.
- In the same pan add 3 teaspoon of oil. Add tomatoes and asafoetida.
- Cook until soft. Add flat green beans and cook for 3 minutes.
- Mix cooked rice, salt. Cook for another 2 minutes. Remove it from flame. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
