Ingredients:
- 4 Potatoes boiled
- 3 tomatoes chopped
- 4 capsicum chopped
- Coriander powder 1 teaspoon
- Black pepper powder 1/2 teaspoon
- All spice powder 1 teaspoon
- Pav bhaji masala 1 teaspoon
- Chat masala 1 teaspoon
- Red chili powder 1 teaspoon
- Garlic
- Ginger
- bengal gram boiled and mashed
- Grind ginger and garlic with water.
- Heat 3 teaspoon of oil in a pan.
- Add ginger, garlic paste.
- Cook for a minute. Add capsicum cook for 2 minutes.
- Mix tomato, red chili powder, asafoetida, coriander powder, black pepper powder, pav bhaji masala, all spice powder.
- Mix mashed boiled cahana. Cook for a minute. Add potato, salt, water.
- Cook for 5 minutes. Add one chopped tomato, chat masala, sugar. Cover the pan cook for 10 minutes.
- Garnish with coriander leaves and red chili powder.
