Mashed Chana Mana

Ingredients:
  • 4 Potatoes boiled
  • 3 tomatoes chopped
  • 4 capsicum chopped
  • Coriander powder 1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper powder 1/2 teaspoon
  • All spice powder 1 teaspoon
  • Pav bhaji masala 1 teaspoon
  • Chat masala 1 teaspoon
  • Red chili powder 1 teaspoon
  • Garlic 
  • Ginger
  • bengal gram boiled and mashed
Procedure:
  • Grind ginger and garlic with water.
  • Heat 3 teaspoon of oil in a pan.  
  • Add ginger, garlic paste.  
  • Cook for a minute.  Add capsicum cook for 2 minutes.   
  • Mix tomato, red chili powder, asafoetida, coriander powder, black pepper powder, pav bhaji masala, all spice powder.
  • Mix mashed boiled cahana.  Cook for a minute.  Add potato, salt, water.  
  • Cook for 5 minutes.  Add one chopped tomato, chat masala, sugar.  Cover the pan cook for 10 minutes.
  • Garnish with coriander leaves and red chili powder.
