Ingredients:
- 6 red tomatoes
- 6 brinjals grated
- Coriander powder
- Black pepper powder
- Red chili powder
- Asafoetida
- All spice powder
- Garam masala
- Salt
- Oil
- 5 cloves garlic chopped
- 1 green chilli chopped
- In a thick bottom pot heat some oil. Add garlic and green chilli. Cook for a minute.
- Add grated brinjals, salt, all spice powder, coriander powder, black pepper powder.
- Cover the pot cook until soft. Give four slits to each tomato.
- Remove the seeds and center portion. Chop it and roast with salt, red chili powder, garam masala, asafoetida. Now mix prepared keema.
- Fill this mixture in each tomato.
- Heat some oil in a pan and roast all the tomatoes until soft. Garnish with coriander leaves. Serve hot with any bread.
