Stuffed Tomato With Baingan Keema

Ingredients:
  • 6 red tomatoes
  • 6 brinjals grated
  • Coriander powder
  • Black pepper powder
  • Red chili powder
  • Asafoetida
  • All spice powder
  • Garam masala
  • Salt
  • Oil
  • 5 cloves garlic chopped
  • 1 green chilli chopped
Procedure:
  • In a thick bottom pot heat some oil.  Add garlic and green chilli.  Cook for a minute.  
  • Add grated brinjals, salt, all spice powder, coriander powder, black pepper powder.  
  • Cover the pot cook until soft.  Give four slits to each tomato.  
  • Remove the seeds and center portion. Chop it and roast with salt, red chili powder, garam masala, asafoetida.  Now mix prepared keema.   
  • Fill this mixture in each tomato.  
  • Heat some oil in a pan and roast all the tomatoes until soft.  Garnish with coriander leaves.  Serve hot with any bread.
