Quick Dry Sev Bhaji Spicy Battaru

Ingredients:
  • 10 Jeera butter 
  • 4 tomatoes chopped
  • 2 onions chopped
  • Bhujia sev
  • Red chili powder
  • Kashmiri red chili powder
  • All spice powder
  • Oil
  • Salt
  • Asafoetida
Procedure:
  • Heat oil in a pan, add tomatoes.  Cook for 3 minutes.  Add onions and mix well.
  • Add asafoetida, red chili powder, Kashmiri chili powder, all spice powder, salt.  
  • Add some water and bhujia sev.   
  • Cook for 6 to 7 minutes on high flame.
  • Remove it from flame.  
  • Slightly crush the jeera butter.  Place prepared mixture, onions, chopped coriander leaves, bhujia sev. 
  •  Your quick spicy butteru is ready.
