- 10 Jeera butter
- 4 tomatoes chopped
- 2 onions chopped
- Bhujia sev
- Red chili powder
- Kashmiri red chili powder
- All spice powder
- Oil
- Salt
- Asafoetida
- Heat oil in a pan, add tomatoes. Cook for 3 minutes. Add onions and mix well.
- Add asafoetida, red chili powder, Kashmiri chili powder, all spice powder, salt.
- Add some water and bhujia sev.
- Cook for 6 to 7 minutes on high flame.
- Remove it from flame.
- Slightly crush the jeera butter. Place prepared mixture, onions, chopped coriander leaves, bhujia sev.
