Dodka Thecha Crispy Naan Bread

Ingredients:
  • Plain flour 250gm
  • Curd 150gm Preparation
  • 8 teaspoon of oil
  • Salt
  • Eating soda
  • 2 tori grated
  • 8 green chilies
  • 14 cloves of garlic
  • Citric acid
  • Salt
  • Oil
  • Sesame seeds
Procedure:
  • Grind chili and garlic to a fine paste.
  • In a pan heat some oil and add garlic chili paste.  Cook for a minute. 
  • Add grated tori, salt and mix well. 
  • Cover the pan and cook for 7 to 8 minutes until tori gets cooked.
  • In a bowl mix plain flour, salt, oil, curd, citric acid, eating soda, sesame seeds and knead to a soft dough. 
  • Dough should be very soft and make sure you add ample amount of oil.
  • Now make medium balls of dough.
  • Tap the balls with hands, dust some plain flour and roll them to a flat bread.  
  • Heat some oil in pan and roast one side of the bread
  •  Spread prepared tori thecha on the roasted side.  Now turn the bread and roast another side until crisp.
  • Again turn the braed and roast the filling side for a while.
  • Do it for all the beards.  Garnish with sesame seeds, serve hot with some dodka the ha.
