Lauki Sweet Potato Berger

Ingredients:
- 250 gm Bottle gourd grated (lauki)
- 1 large boiled sweet potato (ratalu)
- Salt
- Chat masala 1 teaspoon
- Red chili powder 1 1/2 teaspoon
- Black pepper powder 1 teaspoon
- Coriander powder 1 teaspoon
- Onion sliced
- Tomato sliced
- Chickpea flour 4 teaspoon
- 8 Curry leaves chopped
- 10 double roti's
- Squeeze the grated bottle gourd.
- Mash the sweet potato and mix with bottle gourd.
- Add chili powder, black pepper powder, coriander powder, chat masala, salt, chickpea flour to the mixture.
- Make 10 equal flat balls. In a pan heat 3 teaspoon of oil and roast the balls from both sides until crisp.
- Now cut double rotis into two halves. On first halve, arrange tomato slices, onion slices then place bottle gourd balls.
- Again make layer of tomato and onion. Place the second bun on the top.
- Now grill the Berger on pan from both sides until crisp.
- Serve hot with tomato ketchup.
