Nachni Mysour Toast

Ingredients:
  • Finger millet flour (nachni aata)
  • Roasted bengal gram
  • 1 onion diced
  • Tamarind pulp
  • Kashmiri red chili powder
  • 4 boiled potatoes
  • Curry leaves
  • Red chili powder
  • Asafoetida
  • Coriander leaves chopped
  • Turmeric powder
  • Garam masala powder
  • Salt
  • Oil
Procedure:
  • Mix water with finger millet flour and make two medium balls.
  • Now gently tap on balls with your hands and make flat breads.  Now heat the pan and half cook these breads.
  • Now turn on the gas and cook breads directly on the flame until little crisp.
  • In a same heat 2 teaspoon of oil
  • Add curry leaves, asafoetida, turmeric powder, red chili powder. 
  • Cook for a while.  Now add potatoes, garam masala and salt.  Add coriander leaves. Mix well cook for two minutes.  Keep it aside.
  • For Mysour chutney grind tamarind, onion, kashmiri red chili powder, roasted Bengal gram, salt with water.  Make smooth paste.
  • Now make small pieces of prepared bread, arrange mysour Chutney and poato on it.
  • Roast the pieces until crisp. Garnish with coriander leaves and mysour chutney on top.
