Indian caprese

Ingredients:
  • 2 potato sliced
  • Black pepper
  • Black salt
  • Oregano
  • Cheese slice
  • Tomato diced
  • Tooth pick
Procedure:
  • Heat 2 teaspoon of oil in the pan.  Roast the potato slices until crisp.  
  • Roast tomato.  
  • Now arrange tomato then potato then cheese on the tooth picks.
  • Sprinkle salt, oregano, black pepper.  Indian caprese is ready to eat.
