Sago curd crispy(kurkure dahiwala sabudana)

Ingredients:
  • Sago 200gm
  • Black salt
  • Red chili powder 1 teaspoon
  • Kashmiri red chili powder
  • Bengal gram flour 4 teaspoon
  • Cumin seeds 1/4 teaspoon
  • Curd 4 teaspoon
  • Black pepper powder 1/4 teaspoon
  • Roasted ground nut powder 3 teaspoon
  • Oil 
Procedure:
  • Soak sago for  6 hours and grind them.
  • In a sauce pan heat oil for frying.  Mix all the ingredients with sago.
  • Make small balls and fry until crisp.  Garnish with curd, ketchup, chopped coriander leaves.
