- Sago 200gm
- Black salt
- Red chili powder 1 teaspoon
- Kashmiri red chili powder
- Bengal gram flour 4 teaspoon
- Cumin seeds 1/4 teaspoon
- Curd 4 teaspoon
- Black pepper powder 1/4 teaspoon
- Roasted ground nut powder 3 teaspoon
- Oil
- Soak sago for 6 hours and grind them.
- In a sauce pan heat oil for frying. Mix all the ingredients with sago.
- Make small balls and fry until crisp. Garnish with curd, ketchup, chopped coriander leaves.
