- Pumpkin diced 250gm (kaddu)
- Coriander powder 1 teaspoon
- Red chili powder 1/2 teaspoon
- Kashmiri red chili powder 1 teaspoon
- Black salt
- Dry mango powder
- Curd
- Soy sauce
- Oil
- Salt
- Onion garlic masala (kanda lasun masala)
- Farsan (easily available in super markets)
- Rub red chili powder, kashmiri red chili powder, coriander powder, black salt to pumpkin dices.
- Heat 3 teaspoon of oil in the pan. Add marinated pumpkin, soy sauce and cook on high flame for 3 minutes.
- Add curd, dry mango powder and onion garlic masala. Cover the pan cook for 15 to 17 minutes until pumpkins become soft and turns into reddish brown in color.
- Spread farsan on the top, serve hot.
