sago potato rolls with tangy coconut Chutney

Serve: 4

Ingredients:
  • 200gm sago
  • 5 potatoes boiled
  • black salt
  • 2 green chilies
  • kashmiri red chili powder 2 teaspoon
  • 1 teaspoon red chili powder
  • roasted ground nuts powder 3 teaspoon
  • coconut potato chutney
Procedure:
  • Soak sago for overnight and grind them with green chilies.  Mix boiled potatoes, black salt, kashmiri red chili powder, red chili powder with sago.  
  • Make medium size balls and gently pat them with hands with some oil and make flatbread.
  • Heat some oil on pan and roast the flatbreads from both side until crisp.  
  • Apply coconut potato chutney on one side. Cut long strips and roll, garnish with some coconut potato chutney and red chili powder.
