Spicy Suran karare (spicy yam yam)

Ingredients:
  • Yam 250gm
  • Black pepper powder 1/4 teaspoon
  • Kashmiri red chili powder 1 teaspoon
  • Tandoori masala 1 teaspoon
  • Onion garlic masala 1 teaspoon
  • Black salt
  • Curd
  • Salt
  • Dry mango powder 1/2 teaspoon
Procedure:
  • Make medium pieces of yam and boil them with salt for 5 minutes.
  • Make small slits into each piece  
  • Mix yam, curd, onion garlic masala, tandoori masala, black salt, black pepper powder, dry mango powder, kashmiri red chili powder.  
  • Rub each and every yam dices very well.  Keep this aside for 1/2 hour for marination.
  • Heat 2 teaspoon of oil on a non stick pan and shallow fry the yam pieces.
  • Garnish kurkure yam with onion rings and lemon wedges.
