- Yam 250gm
- Black pepper powder 1/4 teaspoon
- Kashmiri red chili powder 1 teaspoon
- Tandoori masala 1 teaspoon
- Onion garlic masala 1 teaspoon
- Black salt
- Curd
- Salt
- Dry mango powder 1/2 teaspoon
- Make medium pieces of yam and boil them with salt for 5 minutes.
- Make small slits into each piece
- Mix yam, curd, onion garlic masala, tandoori masala, black salt, black pepper powder, dry mango powder, kashmiri red chili powder.
- Rub each and every yam dices very well. Keep this aside for 1/2 hour for marination.
- Heat 2 teaspoon of oil on a non stick pan and shallow fry the yam pieces.
- Garnish kurkure yam with onion rings and lemon wedges.
