- Pumpkin diced 250gm (kaddu)
- Coriander powder 1 teaspoon
- Red chili powder 1/2 teaspoon
- Kashmiri red chili powder 1 teaspoon
- Black salt
- Black pepper powder 1/2 teaspoon
- Oil
- Salt
- Onion garlic masala (kanda lasun masala)
- Cheese
- Pav 6 (bread)
- Rub red chili powder, kashimiri red chili powder, coriander powder, black salt to pumpkin dices.
- Heat 3 teaspoon of oil in the pan. Add marinated pumpkin and cook on high flame for 3 minutes.
- Add dry mango powder and onion garlic masala. Cover the pan cook for 15 to 17 minutes until pumpkins become soft.
- Grind the pumpkin and make smooth paste. Cut Pav into two halves. Apply pumpkin paste on each halve
- Spread cheese and roast on the pan until crisp. Sprinkle onion garlic masala. Garnish with tomato ketchup.
