Spicy Masala pumpkin cheese toast (chatpata masala kaddu cheese toast)

Ingredients:
  • Pumpkin diced 250gm (kaddu)
  • Coriander powder 1 teaspoon
  • Red chili powder 1/2 teaspoon
  • Kashmiri red chili powder 1 teaspoon
  • Black salt 
  • Black pepper powder 1/2 teaspoon
  • Oil
  • Salt
  • Onion garlic masala (kanda lasun masala)
  • Cheese
  • Pav 6 (bread)
Procedure:
  • Rub red chili powder, kashimiri red chili powder, coriander powder, black salt to pumpkin dices.
  • Heat 3 teaspoon of oil in the pan.  Add marinated pumpkin and cook on high flame for 3 minutes.
  • Add dry mango powder and onion garlic masala.  Cover the pan cook for 15 to 17 minutes until pumpkins become soft.
  • Grind the pumpkin and make smooth paste.  Cut Pav into two halves.  Apply pumpkin paste on each halve
  • Spread cheese and roast on the pan until crisp.  Sprinkle onion garlic masala.  Garnish with tomato ketchup.
