kaddu muli gile kaju pancake taco (pumpkin radish raw cashew pancake taco)

Ingredients:
  • grated pumpkin 100gm (kaddu)
  • grated radish 50gm (muli)
  • raw cashew chopped 70gm (gile kaju)
  • soya sauce
  • chili sauce
  • red chili powder
  • coriander powder (dhania powder)
  • corn flour (makai atta)
  • cumin seeds (jeera)
  • carom seeds (ajwain)
  • all spice powder 
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 1 cucumber chopped
  • 3 teaspoon curd (dahi)
  • 1 tomato chopped
  • black salt
  • jaljeera 
  • tamarind dates chutney (imli khajur ki chutney)
  • asafoetida (hing)
  • ground nut powder (singdane ka kut)
  • salt
  • oil
Procedure:
  • Heat 2 teaspoon of oil in karahi.  Add cumin seeds, carom seeds and radish, stir well.  
  • Now add pumpkin, asafoetida, red chili powder, coriander powder, all spice powder and cook for 2 minutes.  Add salt and raw cashews; mix well, cook for a minute and keep it aside to cool.
  • Take a bowl and mix pumpkin and radish mixture with corn flour, soya sauce, chili sauce, coriander powder, red chili powder, curd and some water.  Make thick batter.  
  • Heat 1 teaspoon of oil in the pan and pour the batter with the help of spoon spread like a pancake. Spread ground powder on the top from both the sides. 
  • Cook the pancake from both sides on low flame until crisp.
  • Mix onion, tomato, cucumber, black salt, jaljeera and make salad. 
  • Now arrange salad on pancake serve it with tamarind and date chutney.
