Ingredients:
- grated pumpkin 100gm (kaddu)
- grated radish 50gm (muli)
- raw cashew chopped 70gm (gile kaju)
- soya sauce
- chili sauce
- red chili powder
- coriander powder (dhania powder)
- corn flour (makai atta)
- cumin seeds (jeera)
- carom seeds (ajwain)
- all spice powder
- 1 onion chopped
- 1 cucumber chopped
- 3 teaspoon curd (dahi)
- 1 tomato chopped
- black salt
- jaljeera
- tamarind dates chutney (imli khajur ki chutney)
- asafoetida (hing)
- ground nut powder (singdane ka kut)

- Heat 2 teaspoon of oil in karahi. Add cumin seeds, carom seeds and radish, stir well.
- Now add pumpkin, asafoetida, red chili powder, coriander powder, all spice powder and cook for 2 minutes. Add salt and raw cashews; mix well, cook for a minute and keep it aside to cool.
- Take a bowl and mix pumpkin and radish mixture with corn flour, soya sauce, chili sauce, coriander powder, red chili powder, curd and some water. Make thick batter.
- Heat 1 teaspoon of oil in the pan and pour the batter with the help of spoon spread like a pancake. Spread ground powder on the top from both the sides.
- Cook the pancake from both sides on low flame until crisp.
- Mix onion, tomato, cucumber, black salt, jaljeera and make salad.
- Now arrange salad on pancake serve it with tamarind and date chutney.
