Ingredients:
- Chickpeas boiled 125gm
- Black salt
- Garlic
- Oil 8 teaspoon
- 1 teaspoon ghee
- roasted cumin seeds 1/2 teaspoon
- sesame seeds 2 teaspoon
- Red chili powder 1 teaspoon
- Lemon juice
- Gram flour
- salt
- Oil for frying
- 4 pav (soft bread roll)
- masala ground nuts (masala singdana)
- coriander leaves
- Mix gram flour with water, salt and make smooth batter. Heat oil in a frying pan and randomly spread the batter into oil and make crispy fritters.
- Grind chickpeas, garlic, cumin seeds, sesame seeds, red chili powder, oil, ghee, black salt, fritters. Make smooth paste, add extra oil if needed.
- Add lemon juice and mix well. Your indian style hummus is ready.
- Cut pav into two halves, roast one side of pav until crisp and spread the hummus on it.
- Now roast other side of it. Garnish with coriander leaves, masala ground nuts, red chili powder and green chilies.
