- spinach 3 bundles
- cheese
- salt
- soya sauce
- black pepper powder
- coriander powder
- red chili powder
- green chili
- asafoetida
- ground nuts roasted
- corn flour
- curd
- oregano
- potato
- cumin seeds
Procedure:
Palak Cheese Soya Stir Fry
- Chopp 1 spinach bundle. Heat oil in a kadai, add spinach and mix well.
- Mix soya sauce, oil, cheese and oregano.
- Now add this mixture into spinach. Check salt and add if needed.
Band Palak
- Cut stems of another spinach bundle and boil them.
- Grind ground nuts, salt, green chilies. Heat some oil in a pan and roast the ground nuts chutney until crisp.
- Now roll the ground nuts chutney into palak leaves and tie them with spinach stems.
- Now roast them into pan with some oil.
Palak Pancake With Aalu Sabji
- Boil and grind 3rd spinach bundle with green chilies.
- Mix spinach pure with corn flour, red chili powder, coriander powder, salt, corn flour, curd, black pepper powder and make pancakes.
- Heat some oil in kadai and add cumin seeds, green chilies, coriander powder stir for a minute add boiled potato dices and black pepper powder stir well.
- Arrange the potato sabji on spinach pancake.
