Lemony green brinjals

Ingredients:
  • 250gm green brinjals
  • Black salt
  • Onion garlic masala 2 teaspoon
  • Oil
  • Lemon juice 1 teaspoon
  • citric acid 1/4 teaspoon
Procedure:
  • Give four slits to brinjals and make medium pieces.
  • Rub black salt and onion garlic masala. 
  • Heat 3 teaspoon of oil in a pan and add brinjals, onion garlic masala.  
  • Now add lemon juice, citric acid salt mix well and cover the pan and cook the brinjals until soft.
