Dal crispy

Ingredients:
  • White lentils 125gm(safed urad dal)
  • Green lentils 125gm(mung dal)
  • Cabbage chopped 125gm
  • 2 carrot grated
  • Coriander powder 2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper powder 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black salt
  • Red chili powder 1 teaspoon
  • Dry mango powder 1 teaspoon
  • Oil
  • Corn flour
Procedure:
  • Soak lentils for 14 to 15 hours.  Grind lentils and mix all the ingredients.
  • Heat oil in the karahi.  
  • Make small balls of dal mixture and deep fry until crisp. Your dal crispy is ready.
