Ingredients:
- White lentils 125gm(safed urad dal)
- Green lentils 125gm(mung dal)
- Cabbage chopped 125gm
- 2 carrot grated
- Coriander powder 2 teaspoon
- Black pepper powder 1/2 teaspoon
- Black salt
- Red chili powder 1 teaspoon
- Dry mango powder 1 teaspoon
- Oil
- Corn flour
- Soak lentils for 14 to 15 hours. Grind lentils and mix all the ingredients.
- Heat oil in the karahi.
- Make small balls of dal mixture and deep fry until crisp. Your dal crispy is ready.
