Sponge dosa taco

Ingredients: 

For sponge dosa
  • 250 gm rice(chawal)
  • 100 Split white gram (safed urad dal)
  • 2 medium potato (boiled)
  • curd  150 gm (dahi)
For Aalu patty:
  • roasted ground nut powder 3 tablespoon (singdane ka koot)
  • black pepper powder(kali mirch powder)
  • black salt
  • red chili powder
  • coriander powder(dhania powder)
  • All spice powder
Other ingredients: 
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 1 tomato chopped
  • green chutney
  • chopped coriander
  • tomato slice
  • one green chili
  • tomato ketchup
Procedure: 
  • Soak rice and split gram 8 hours then grind it to thick batter.  Now keep this mixture to rest for a 24 hours.   
  • Once it done add some water and curd (remember batter should be very thin). 
  • Heat 1 teaspoon of oil in a pan and spread the batter on pan like pan cakes.  
  • Make crispy sponge dosa.
  • Now in a bowl mash the potatoes. Add black salt, chili powder coriander powder black pepper powder.  Now make medium size balls and flat them.   
  • Heat the oil in a pan and roast the patty
  • Now arrange the patty on sponge dosa, chopped onion tomatoes, coriander chopped. 
  • Now garnish the taco with tomato slice, green chili, green chutney, tomato ketchup
