Methi, kaccha aam, tomato chila (fenugreek, raw mango, tomato pancake)

Ingredients:
- Fenugreek leaves (methi)
- 1 tomato
- Chopped raw mango 4 teaspoon
- 100gm gram flour
- 2 teaspoon red chili powder
- Chopped coriander
- Coriander powder 1 teaspoon
- Black pepper 1/2 teaspoon
- Pinch of asafetida
- Black Salt
- Oil
- Tomato ketchup
Procedure:
- Chop the fenugreek.
- In a bowl mix all the ingredients.
- Then add water and make thick batter.
- Now heat one teaspoon of oil in a pan and spread batter like a pancake.
- Cook it from both sides.
- Garnish chilas with chopped mango, coriander leave and serve with tomato ketcup
