Methi, kaccha aam, tomato chila (fenugreek, raw mango, tomato pancake)

Ingredients:
  • Fenugreek leaves (methi)
  • 1 tomato
  • Chopped raw mango 4 teaspoon
  • 100gm gram flour
  • 2 teaspoon red chili powder
  • Chopped coriander
  • Coriander powder 1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper 1/2 teaspoon
  • Pinch of asafetida
  • Black Salt
  • Oil
  • Tomato ketchup
Procedure:
  • Chop the fenugreek.
  • In a bowl mix all the ingredients.
  • Then add water and make thick batter.
  • Now heat one teaspoon of oil in a pan and spread batter like a pancake. 
  • Cook it from both sides.
  •  Garnish chilas with chopped mango, coriander leave and serve with tomato ketcup
