Ingredients:
- 200gm plain flour (Maida)
- 100 ml grapes juice (angur ka ras)
- 50gm curd (dahi)
- 100gm sugar
- Water
- Almond chopped 5 to 6
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder(haldi)
Procedure:
- Take a bowl and mix the plain flour, curd, grapes juice.
- Then add some water make sure batter should be thick.
- Keep this batter rest for 24 hours.
- Now mix the batter very well.
- Remember batter should be thick and smooth without any lumps.
- Heat oil in a frying pan. Pour the batter in a piping bag.
- Now make the jalebi of size you want.
