Angur jalebi(grapes jalebi)

Ingredients:
  • 200gm plain flour (Maida)
  • 100 ml grapes juice (angur ka ras)
  • 50gm curd (dahi)
  • 100gm sugar
  • Water
  • Almond chopped 5 to 6
  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder(haldi)
Procedure:
  • Take a bowl and mix the plain flour, curd, grapes juice.
  • Then add some water make sure batter should be thick.
  • Keep this batter rest for 24 hours.
  • Now mix the batter very well.
  • Remember batter should be thick and smooth without any lumps.
  • Heat oil in a frying pan. Pour the batter in a piping bag.
  • Now make the jalebi of size you want.
