Indian Style Burger(aalu tikki singdana pav Burger)

Ingredients: 
  • 4 boiled potatoes
  • 4 teaspoon roasted groundnut powder(singdane ka koot)
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper powder (kali mirch powder)
  • 1 teaspoon coriander powder(dhania powder)
  • Black salt
  • Red chili powder
  • Oil
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 1 tomato chopped
  • Tomato ketchup
  • Dry dates(khajur)
Procedure:
  • In a bowl mash the potatoes and mix black pepper powder.
  • Coriander powder, black salt, red chili powder, roasted groundnut powder.
  • Make balls and flatten them and make 8 patties.
  • Heat oil in a pan and roast the patty.
  • Now give the cut to pav.
  • Place patty, spread tomato ketchup, chopped onion, chopped tomato.
  • Heat oil in a pan and roast the Berger.
  • Garnish the Berger with some red chili powder and dry dates.
  • Serve hot with tomato ketchup.
