Ingredients:
- 4 boiled potatoes
- 4 teaspoon roasted groundnut powder(singdane ka koot)
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper powder (kali mirch powder)
- 1 teaspoon coriander powder(dhania powder)
- Black salt
- Red chili powder
- Oil
- 1 onion chopped
- 1 tomato chopped
- Tomato ketchup
- Dry dates(khajur)
Procedure:
- In a bowl mash the potatoes and mix black pepper powder.
- Coriander powder, black salt, red chili powder, roasted groundnut powder.
- Make balls and flatten them and make 8 patties.
- Heat oil in a pan and roast the patty.
- Now give the cut to pav.
- Place patty, spread tomato ketchup, chopped onion, chopped tomato.
- Heat oil in a pan and roast the Berger.
- Garnish the Berger with some red chili powder and dry dates.
- Serve hot with tomato ketchup.
