Poha chivda imli bhel (rice flakes bhel)

Ingredients:

  • 150 gm rice flakes (poha)
  • Red chili powder
  • Black salt
  • 1 tomato
  • 1 onion
  • 3 teaspoon tamarind pulp
  • Asafetida (hing)
  • salt
  • oil
  • Nylon Bhoojia (nylon sev)
Procedure:
  • Heat the pan and add poha then add 2 teaspoon of oil.                         
  • Mix well and add salt.   Now roast the poha until it become brown in color (don’t burn the pohas)
  • Keep roasted poha in a plate.   Now in the same pan add 2 teaspoon of oil add onion cook for a minute.
  • Add tomato and red chili powder cook for 2 minutes.  Now add tamarind pulp and cook for another 3 minutes.
  • Now add pohas and mix well.  Now serve the bhel in plate garnish it with bhojia, tomato slices and coriander leaves
