Poha chivda imli bhel (rice flakes bhel)

Ingredients:
- 150 gm rice flakes (poha)
- Red chili powder
- Black salt
- 1 tomato
- 1 onion
- 3 teaspoon tamarind pulp
- Asafetida (hing)
- salt
- oil
- Nylon Bhoojia (nylon sev)
Procedure:
- Heat the pan and add poha then add 2 teaspoon of oil.
- Mix well and add salt. Now roast the poha until it become brown in color (don’t burn the pohas)
- Keep roasted poha in a plate. Now in the same pan add 2 teaspoon of oil add onion cook for a minute.
- Add tomato and red chili powder cook for 2 minutes. Now add tamarind pulp and cook for another 3 minutes.
- Now add pohas and mix well. Now serve the bhel in plate garnish it with bhojia, tomato slices and coriander leaves
