Aalu singdana patty (potato groundout patty)

Ingredients:
  • 4 boiled potatoes
  • 4 teaspoon roasted groundnut powder(singdane ka kut)
  • Red chili powder 1 1/2 teaspoon
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper powder(kali mirch ka powder)
  • Black salt
  • Coriander powder 1 teaspoon(dhaniya powder)
  • Oil
  • Nylon bhoojia
  • Tomato ketchup
  • Curd
Procedure:
  • In a bowl mash the potatoes. 
  •  Add red chili powder, black pepper powder, coriander powder.
  • Add groundnut powder. Now make balls of potato mixture.
  • Flatten the balls.  Heat oil in a pan now and shallow fry the patty until crisp.
  • Serve party's in a plate garnish with coriander leave tomato ketchup and nylon bhoojia.
  • Spread some curd.
