Aalu singdana patty (potato groundout patty)

Ingredients:
- 4 boiled potatoes
- 4 teaspoon roasted groundnut powder(singdane ka kut)
- Red chili powder 1 1/2 teaspoon
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper powder(kali mirch ka powder)
- Black salt
- Coriander powder 1 teaspoon(dhaniya powder)
- Oil
- Nylon bhoojia
- Tomato ketchup
- Curd
Procedure:
- In a bowl mash the potatoes.
- Add red chili powder, black pepper powder, coriander powder.
- Add groundnut powder. Now make balls of potato mixture.
- Flatten the balls. Heat oil in a pan now and shallow fry the patty until crisp.
- Serve party's in a plate garnish with coriander leave tomato ketchup and nylon bhoojia.
- Spread some curd.
