Tori Da Salsa

Ingredients:
  • tori (turai)
  • 2 tomatoes
  • coriander leaves chopped
  • garam masala 1 teaspoon
  • red chili powder 2 teaspoon
  • 4 green chilies chopped
  • oil
  • salt
Procedure:
  • Make small pieces of tori.   Roast tomatoes directly on the flame and roughly chop them.
  • Heat oil in a pan and add green chilies.
  • Now add garam masala, red chili powder mix well.
  • Add tori, salt and cover the pan.  Cook it until soft.
  • Mash the tori with back of the spoon.
  • Cook for another 5 to 10 minutes.  Serve hot with roti
