Ingredients:
- tori (turai)
- 2 tomatoes
- coriander leaves chopped
- garam masala 1 teaspoon
- red chili powder 2 teaspoon
- 4 green chilies chopped
- oil
- salt
- Make small pieces of tori. Roast tomatoes directly on the flame and roughly chop them.
- Heat oil in a pan and add green chilies.
- Now add garam masala, red chili powder mix well.
- Add tori, salt and cover the pan. Cook it until soft.
- Mash the tori with back of the spoon.
- Cook for another 5 to 10 minutes. Serve hot with roti
