- 8 potatoes
- spinach 1 bunch
- green chili
- coriander powder 1 teaspoon
- black pepper powder 1/2 teaspoon
- garam masala powder 1 teaspoon
- salt
Procedure:
- Pill the potatoes and give cuts to them. Boil spinach with green chili and make fine pure of it.
- Now mix salt, coriander powder, black pepper powder, garam masala powder and curd.
- Coat the spinach on potatoes and make sure it should be sinked very well into the cuts.
- Heat iron kadai and place aluminium plate in the center.
- Greece it with some oil. Now place the potatoes on the plate.
- Cover the kadai and cook this potatoes for about 35 to 40 minutes from both the sides until very well done. Garnish with green chilies and sesame seeds.
