Steamed Potato Haryali

Ingredients:

  • 8 potatoes
  • spinach 1 bunch
  • green chili
  • coriander powder 1 teaspoon
  • black pepper powder 1/2 teaspoon
  • garam masala powder 1 teaspoon
  • salt

Procedure:

  • Pill the potatoes and give cuts to them.  Boil spinach with green chili and make fine pure of it. 
  • Now mix salt, coriander powder, black pepper powder, garam masala powder and curd.
  • Coat the spinach on potatoes and make sure it should be sinked very well into the cuts.  
  • Heat iron kadai and place aluminium plate in the center. 
  • Greece it with some oil.  Now place the potatoes on the plate. 
  • Cover the kadai and cook this potatoes for about 35 to 40 minutes from both the sides until very well done.  Garnish with green chilies and sesame seeds.
