Roasted Capsicum And Moth bean Wrap

Ingredients:
  • Moth beans sprouts (matki)
  • 2 Capsicum
  • Onion chopped
  • Red chili powder
  • Garlic 12 cloves
  • asafoetida (hing)
  • black pepper powder (kali mirch)
  • chapatti (Indian flat bread)
Procedure:
  • Roast the capsicum directly on the flame and chop them.  
  • Grind garlic, red chili powder, oil, salt and make chutney.
  • Heat some oil in a pan and add capsicum, garlic chutney, asafoetida.
  • Add moth beans sprouts, black pepper powder, salt and cook for 5 minutes.
  • Remove it from flame.  Spread moth beans sprouts on chapati. 
  • Spread chopped onion, tomato ketchup. Cut into pieces and garnish with onions.
