- Moth beans sprouts (matki)
- 2 Capsicum
- Onion chopped
- Red chili powder
- Garlic 12 cloves
- asafoetida (hing)
- black pepper powder (kali mirch)
- chapatti (Indian flat bread)
- Roast the capsicum directly on the flame and chop them.
- Grind garlic, red chili powder, oil, salt and make chutney.
- Heat some oil in a pan and add capsicum, garlic chutney, asafoetida.
- Add moth beans sprouts, black pepper powder, salt and cook for 5 minutes.
- Remove it from flame. Spread moth beans sprouts on chapati.
- Spread chopped onion, tomato ketchup. Cut into pieces and garnish with onions.
