- Fenugreek leaves
- Bengal gram flour 4 teaspoon
- Green peas 100gm
- Red chili powder 1 teaspoon
- Garam masala powder 1/2 teaspoon
- Black pepper powder 1/4 teaspoon
- Black salt
- Dry mango powder 1 teaspoon
- Oil
- Grind fenugreek leaves and green peas with water.
- Mix bengal gram flour, red chili powder, garam masala powder, black salt, black pepper powder, dry mango powder.
- Heat oil in a pan and take some mixture on hand and spread it directly on a pan.
- Roast it from both the sides until crisp. Serve it with tomato ketchup.
