Ingredients:
  • Fenugreek leaves
  • Bengal gram flour 4 teaspoon
  • Green peas 100gm
  • Red chili powder 1 teaspoon
  • Garam masala powder 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper powder 1/4 teaspoon
  • Black salt
  • Dry mango powder 1 teaspoon
  • Oil
Procedure:
  • Grind fenugreek leaves and green peas with water.
  • Mix bengal gram flour, red chili powder, garam masala powder, black salt, black pepper powder, dry mango powder.
  • Heat oil in a pan and take some mixture on hand and spread it directly on a pan.  
  • Roast it from both the sides until crisp. Serve it with tomato ketchup.
