- Dill leaves (shepu)
- Coriander powder 1 teaspoon
- Green chilies 4
- Eating soda 1/2 teaspoon
- Citric acid 2 teaspoon
- Salt
- Asafoetida
- Chickpea flour 5 tablespoon (besan)
- Garam masala powder 1/2 teaspoon
- Grind dill leaves with green chilies and water.
- Mix all the remaining ingredients together and make semi consistent batter.
- Heat 1 teaspoon of oil on a pan and spread the batter like a pancake.
- Cook the chila on a medium flame from both the sides until crisp serve it with tomato ketchup.
