Dildar Chila (dilwala shepu chila)

Ingredients:
  • Dill leaves (shepu)
  • Coriander powder 1 teaspoon
  • Green chilies 4
  • Eating soda 1/2 teaspoon
  • Citric acid  2 teaspoon
  • Salt 
  • Asafoetida
  • Chickpea flour 5 tablespoon (besan)
  • Garam masala powder 1/2 teaspoon
Procedure:
  • Grind dill leaves with green chilies and water.  
  • Mix all the remaining ingredients together and make semi consistent batter.  
  • Heat 1 teaspoon of oil on a pan and spread the batter like a pancake.  
  • Cook the chila on a medium flame from both the sides until crisp serve it with tomato ketchup.
