Ingredients:
- Kidney beans boiled
- pomegranate
- chaat masala
- salt
- coriander powder
- red chili powder
- green chutney
- onion chopped
- coriander leaves chopped
- lemon juice
- oil
- asafoetida
- oregano
- In a pan heat 2 teaspoon of oil. Add asafoetida stir for a while. Add kidney beans, salt and cook for a minute.
- Add coriander powder, red chili powder and cook for another 3 to 4 minutes.
- Switch of the flame and arrange kidney beans in a serving plate.
- Spread green chutney, onion, chaat masala, lemon juice, pomegranate, oregano and mix well.
- Your Pomobeano is ready.
