Pomobeano

Ingredients:
  • Kidney beans boiled
  • pomegranate
  • chaat masala
  • salt
  • coriander powder
  • red chili powder
  • green chutney
  • onion chopped
  • coriander leaves chopped
  • lemon juice
  • oil
  • asafoetida
  • oregano
Procedure:
  • In a pan heat 2 teaspoon of oil.  Add asafoetida stir for a while.  Add kidney beans, salt and cook for a minute.  
  • Add coriander powder, red chili powder and cook for another 3 to 4 minutes.
  • Switch of the flame and arrange kidney beans in a serving plate.
  • Spread green chutney, onion, chaat masala, lemon juice, pomegranate, oregano and mix well.  
  • Your Pomobeano is ready.
