- paneer 125gm roughly chopped
- medium brinjals 7 to 8 diced
- green peas
- 2 large onions
- 3 tomatoes
- 3 green chilies
- garlic Chutney
- coriander powder
- garam masala powder
- asafoetida
- red chili powder
- salt
- oil
- coriander leaves chopped
- Lemon juice
- Rub garam masala and lemon juice on paneer and brinjals.
- Roast onions, tomatoes, green chilies separately and make fine paste.
- Heat 3 teaspoon of oil in a sauce pan. Add green chilli paste and garlic chutney.
- Add onion and tomato paste. Cook for 5 to 7 minutes.
- Add coriander powder, red chili powder, asafoetida and salt.
- Add brinjals and cook until oil comes on surface.
- Add paneer and coriander leaves. Cook for another 5 minutes.
- Cut onion slices and tomato slices.
- Mix jaljeera, garnish our panbangmutchil with this salad and coriander leaves.
