Lehsunia Rice

Preparation time:15 minutes
Cooking time:20 minutes
Serve:4

Ingredients:
  • Cooked rice
  • Green peas 100gm
  • 2 brinjals diced
  • Garlic Chutney 2 teaspoon
  • Cumin seeds 1/4 teaspoon
  • Coriander leaves
  • Turmeric powder 1/4 teaspoon
  • Red chili powder 1 teaspoon
  • Salt
  • Oil
Procedure:
  •  Heat 3 teaspoon of oil in a pan.  Add cumin seeds once it crackles add garlic chutney.
  • Cook for a minute.  
  • Add brinjals and green peas.  Cover the pan, cook until soft.
  • Add rice, coriander leaves, red chili powder, turmeric powder and salt.  Cook for another 3 to 4 minutes.  
  • Serve hot and garnish with onion and tomato slices.
