- Cooked rice
- Green peas 100gm
- 2 brinjals diced
- Garlic Chutney 2 teaspoon
- Cumin seeds 1/4 teaspoon
- Coriander leaves
- Turmeric powder 1/4 teaspoon
- Red chili powder 1 teaspoon
- Salt
- Oil
- Heat 3 teaspoon of oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds once it crackles add garlic chutney.
- Cook for a minute.
- Add brinjals and green peas. Cover the pan, cook until soft.
- Add rice, coriander leaves, red chili powder, turmeric powder and salt. Cook for another 3 to 4 minutes.
- Serve hot and garnish with onion and tomato slices.
