Veg Kolhapuri lollypop

Ingredients:

   For Veg Kolhapuri
  • Paneer 125 gm
  • 1 Carrot diced
  • French beans chopped 100 gm
  • Green peas boiled
  • 4 onions
  • 2 tomatoes paste chopped
  • 4 tablespoons grated dry coconut
  • coriander seeds 2 teaspoon
  • 2 cinnamon sticks
  • 5 star anise
  • 3 bay leaves
  • 1 mace
  • 1 teaspoon all spice powder
  • 4 teaspoon kashmiri red chilli powder
  • 6 cloves of garlic chopped
  • Small piece of ginger chopped
  • Oil
  • Salt
Lollypop
  • Veg Kolhapuri
  • Curd (dahi)
  • coriander powder
  • black pepper powder
  • black salt
  • asafoetida
  • Tomato ketchup
  • corn flour 4 teaspoon
  • 2 teaspoon bengal gram flour (besan)
  • dry mango powder (amchur powder)
Chutney
  • boiled potato
  • green chilies
  • coriander leaves
  • curry leaves
Garnish
  • cabbage chopped (patta gobhi)
  • onion round slices
Procedure:    
  • Cut paneer into small pieces.  Deep fry all the vegetables and paneer until little crisp on outer aside.
  • Heat pan on the gas and roast coconut, coriander seeds, bay leaves, star anise, cinnamon stick, mace separately.
  • Now roast onions until brown.
  • Grind roasted spices with 4 teaspoon kashmiri red chilli powder and keep aside.  Now grind roasted coconut and onions.
  • Make tomato paste, heat 4 teaspoon of oil.  Add tomato paste and fry well.  Now add roasted spice powder, all spice powder.
  • Once oil comes on surface add onion, coconut paste and cook until water reduces.
  • Now add all vegetables, paneer and cook for another 10 minutes until oil spreads on surface and become thick gravy.
  • Take one bowl mix the veg kolhapuri, curd, black pepper powder, coriander powder, black salt, asafoetida, dry mango powder, kashmiri red chili powder, corn flour, bengal gram flour.
  • Make round lollipop.
  • Heat oil in a saucepan and deep fry the lollipops.
  • Now grind boiled potato, black salt, coriander leaves, curry leaves, green chillies, curd and make chutney,
  • Now insert the toothpicks into the lollypops.  Cut round pieces of onion and place the lollipops on them.  Garnish with green chutney, tomato ketchup and cabbage.
