Maratha Rice

Serve:4

Ingredients:
  • French beans medium chopped 
  • 100gm
  • Green peas 100gm
  • 1 carrot small cubed
  • 2 tomato
  • 2 onions
  • 1 teaspoon coriander powder
  • Grated coconut roasted 3 teaspoon
  • Kashmiri red chilli powder 2 teaspoon
  • All spice powder 1 teaspoon
  • 1 teaspoon red chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon asafoetida
  • Salt
  • Oil
Procedure:
  • Heat 3 teaspoon of oil in a pan and fry all the vegetables until crisp.  
  • Grind the onions.  Also grind tomatoes and make pure.
  • Now heat another sauce pan and add 2 teaspoon of oil.  Add onion pest, little salt and cook until it turns to brown.
  • Add tomato pure. 
  • Mix grated coconut, red chili powder, kasmiri red chili powder, coriander powder, all spice powder and add it into pan 
  • Now add vegetables cook for 3 minutes. 
  • Add asafoetida and stir well.  Cover  pan and cook until water removes and oil comes on surface.
  • Garnish with coriander leaves
