- French beans medium chopped
- 100gm
- Green peas 100gm
- 1 carrot small cubed
- 2 tomato
- 2 onions
- 1 teaspoon coriander powder
- Grated coconut roasted 3 teaspoon
- Kashmiri red chilli powder 2 teaspoon
- All spice powder 1 teaspoon
- 1 teaspoon red chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon asafoetida
- Salt
- Oil
- Heat 3 teaspoon of oil in a pan and fry all the vegetables until crisp.
- Grind the onions. Also grind tomatoes and make pure.
- Now heat another sauce pan and add 2 teaspoon of oil. Add onion pest, little salt and cook until it turns to brown.
- Add tomato pure.
- Mix grated coconut, red chili powder, kasmiri red chili powder, coriander powder, all spice powder and add it into pan
- Now add vegetables cook for 3 minutes.
- Add asafoetida and stir well. Cover pan and cook until water removes and oil comes on surface.
- Garnish with coriander leaves
