Ingredients:
- 3 mangoes (aam)
- 4 gulab jamun with 4 tablespoon syrup
- 10 cashew nuts (kaju)
- 10 almonds (badam)
- pinch of cardamom powder (hari elaichi)
- curd 125 ml
- sugar 2 teaspoon
- paan patta and cherry
- tooth picks
- Squeeze the mangoes and remove it's pulp. Now grind mangoes with gulab jamun syrup. Chop the cashew nuts, gulab jamuns, almonds. Mix curd with sugar.
- Take four glasses and pour the mango pulp into them. Now gently spread the curds on the surface of mango pulp. Spread cashew nuts, almonds, gulab jamun on the top of curd. Sprinkle cardamom powder.
- Make 4 triangular pieces of pan patta and arrange cherries on each piece with the help of tooth picks. Garnish aam bahar with pan patta and keep into freeze and serve it chilled.
