Banana masala

Ingredients:
  • 4 raw banana cut into small pieces
  • 2 tomatoes chopped
  • 1 capsicum chopped
  • Coriander powder 2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper powder 1/2 teaspoon
  • Onion garlic masala 2 teaspoon
  • Red chili powder 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black salt
  • Kashmiri red chili 1/2 teaspoon
  • Soy sauce 1 teaspoon
  • Dry mango powder 2 teaspoon
  • Asafoetida
  • Bhujia sev
Procedure:
  • Heat 3 teaspoon of oil in the pan.  Add tomato mix well.  Add capsicum and cook for a minute.
  • Now add onion garlic masala cook for another minute.  Add coriander powder, black pepper powder, red chili powder, kashmiri red chili powder.
  • Add raw banana, asafoetida.  
  • Cover the pan and cook for 5 to 8 minutes. Garnish with coriander leaves chopped and bhujia sev.
