Ingredients:
- 4 raw banana cut into small pieces
- 2 tomatoes chopped
- 1 capsicum chopped
- Coriander powder 2 teaspoon
- Black pepper powder 1/2 teaspoon
- Onion garlic masala 2 teaspoon
- Red chili powder 1/2 teaspoon
- Black salt
- Kashmiri red chili 1/2 teaspoon
- Soy sauce 1 teaspoon
- Dry mango powder 2 teaspoon
- Asafoetida
- Bhujia sev
- Heat 3 teaspoon of oil in the pan. Add tomato mix well. Add capsicum and cook for a minute.
- Now add onion garlic masala cook for another minute. Add coriander powder, black pepper powder, red chili powder, kashmiri red chili powder.
- Add raw banana, asafoetida.
- Cover the pan and cook for 5 to 8 minutes. Garnish with coriander leaves chopped and bhujia sev.
