- 6 to 7 potato partially boiled and diced
- corn flour(makai ka atta)
- 2 capsicum diced (shimla mirch)
- 2 teaspoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon green chili sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper powder (kali mirch powder)
- salt
- red chili powder(lal mirch powder)
- Dust corn flour on potato dices and coat them very well. Heat oil in the iron kadai and deep fry the potato dices until crisp. Now remove the potato dices into bowl and mix salt, red chili powder, some black pepper powder.
- In a small bowl mix corn flour, salt, black pepper powder with water. Now heat 2 teaspoon of oil in the iron kadai. Now add capsicum and saute for 1 minute on high flame, remove it in the plate.
- Now add corn flour mixture, soy sauce, green chili sauce, black pepper powder, salt and cook for a minute. Add capsicum mix well. At the end add potato dices and bring the mixture to boil. Make sure gravy should coated properly on potato dices. Serve hot
