Karela Rangeela

Ingredients:
  • Bitter gourd 3
  • 2 onion
  • asafoetida
  • Jaggery one small piece
  • Curd 3 teaspoon
  • 1 teaspoon tandoori Masala
  • 1 teaspoon kitchen king masala
  • 1/4 teaspoon all spice powder
  • 1 teaspoon kashmiri red chili powder
  • 1/4 red chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon coriander powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper powder
  • Salt
  • Oil
Procedure:
  • Make slit into bitter gourd and boil in the salted water.
  • Heat 2 teaspoon of oil in a iron kadai and add onion.  Add asafoetida , jaggery and stir for a minute.
  • Now add kashmiri red chili powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, black pepper powder, kitchen king masala, tandoori masala.
  • Add all spice powder and cook for 2 minutes.  Now add salt, curd and cook until oil spreads on surface.
  • Now fill the mixture inside the bitter gourd and cover the karahi.
  • Cook on low flame until crisp and soft.
