Ingredients:
- Bitter gourd 3
- 2 onion
- asafoetida
- Jaggery one small piece
- Curd 3 teaspoon
- 1 teaspoon tandoori Masala
- 1 teaspoon kitchen king masala
- 1/4 teaspoon all spice powder
- 1 teaspoon kashmiri red chili powder
- 1/4 red chili powder
- 1 teaspoon coriander powder
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper powder
- Salt
- Oil
- Make slit into bitter gourd and boil in the salted water.
- Heat 2 teaspoon of oil in a iron kadai and add onion. Add asafoetida , jaggery and stir for a minute.
- Now add kashmiri red chili powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, black pepper powder, kitchen king masala, tandoori masala.
- Add all spice powder and cook for 2 minutes. Now add salt, curd and cook until oil spreads on surface.
- Now fill the mixture inside the bitter gourd and cover the karahi.
- Cook on low flame until crisp and soft.
