Tinda sev bhaji

Ingredients:
  • Tenda diced (apple gourd)
  • Black pepper powder 1 teaspoon
  • Black salt 
  • Onion garlic masala 2 teaspoon(kanda lasun masala)
  • Lemon juice
  • Kashmiri red chili powder
  • Bhujia sev
  • Oil
Procedure:
  • Mix tenda with black salt, black pepper, onion garlic masala, lemon juice.
  • Heat oil in a pan and add tinda.  Cook for 2 minutes and add kashmiri chili powder.  Cook for 2 minutes.
  • Add bhujia sev and cover the pan.  Cook for 10 minutes, serve hot
