- Tenda diced (apple gourd)
- Black pepper powder 1 teaspoon
- Black salt
- Onion garlic masala 2 teaspoon(kanda lasun masala)
- Lemon juice
- Kashmiri red chili powder
- Bhujia sev
- Oil
- Mix tenda with black salt, black pepper, onion garlic masala, lemon juice.
- Heat oil in a pan and add tinda. Cook for 2 minutes and add kashmiri chili powder. Cook for 2 minutes.
- Add bhujia sev and cover the pan. Cook for 10 minutes, serve hot
