Ingredients:
- Okra 250 gm cut into 2 equal parts (bhindi)
- corn flour (makke ka atta)
- red chili powder (lal mirch powder)
- coriander powder (dhania powder)
- 1 tomato chopped
- oregano
- cheese
- coriander leaves chopped (dhania patti)
- chapatti 4 pieces
- oil
- salt
- black pepper powder(kali mirch powder)
- chick pea flour (besan)
- tandoori masala
- red chili powder (lal mirch powder)
- Heat oil into sauce pan and deep fry the chapatti pieces.
- In a bowl mix okra with corn flour, chickpea flour, coriander powder, black pepper powder, tandoori masala, red chili powder, salt.
- Now deep fry these okras into sauce pan. In a small bowl mix chopped tomato, oregano, black pepper powder, cheese, salt. Now arrange the deep fried okras on chapatti pieces.
- Spread tomato cheese mixture. Garnish with coriander leaves.
