Bhindi Pakora With Deep Fried Chapati Bruschetta

Ingredients: 
  • Okra 250 gm cut into 2 equal parts (bhindi)
  • corn flour (makke ka atta)
  • red chili powder (lal mirch powder)
  • coriander powder (dhania powder)
  • 1 tomato chopped 
  • oregano
  • cheese
  • coriander leaves chopped (dhania patti)
  • chapatti 4 pieces
  • oil 
  • salt
  • black pepper powder(kali mirch powder)
  • chick pea flour (besan)
  • tandoori masala 
  • red chili powder (lal mirch powder)
Procedure:  
  • Heat oil into sauce pan and deep fry the chapatti pieces.  
  • In a bowl mix okra with corn flour, chickpea flour, coriander powder, black pepper powder, tandoori masala, red chili powder, salt.
  • Now deep fry these okras into sauce pan. In a small bowl mix chopped tomato, oregano, black pepper powder, cheese, salt.  Now arrange the deep fried okras on chapatti pieces.  
  • Spread tomato cheese mixture.  Garnish with coriander leaves.
