- 2 radish long slices(muli)
- Lemon juice
- Cheese
- Soya sauce
- Salt
- Coriander powder (dhaniya powder)
- Oregano
- Red chili powder (lal mirch powder)
- Heat 3 teaspoon of oil in the karhai. Mix radish, red chili powder, coriander powder, salt and stir fry them into kadai. Cover the kadai and fry until crisp. Mix the lemon juice and cook for another minute.
- In a small bowl mix cheese, oil, soya sauce, salt, oregano, red chili powder and prepare sauce. Mix some sauce into radish and remove it from flame. Now serve it with prepared cheese dressing.
